HERE IS A NICE USED SERDI 60 SEAT CUTTING MACHINE. THIS MACHINE IS A 1996 YEAR MODEL WITH A SERIAL NUMBER OF 756. THIS MACHINE IS FULLY TOOLED TO CUT SEATS. IT INCLUDES 55 PILOTS,OVER 30 SEAT CUTTING CARBIDE BITS,4 DIFFERENT SIZE BIT HOLDERS AND ALSO A UNIVERSAL COLLET SET TO HOLD DRILL BITS AND MISC TOOING. THERE IS NO TOOLING FOR SEAT OR GUIDE INSTALLATION. WE HAVE ONLY EVER USED THIS MACHINE TO CUT SEATS SO IT HAS NEVER TAKEN THE ABUSE OF POUNDING IN GUIDES OR SEATS ON IT.WE DID IT THIS WAY BECAUSE WE ALSO HAD A KWIKWAY GUIDE AND SEAT MACHINE THAT WE USED FOR SEAT AND GUIDE INSTALLATION. WE FIGURED THE MACHINE WOULD LAST LONGER AND STAY MORE ACCURATE DOING IT THIS WAY. SERDI ARGUABLY MAKES THE BEST SEAT AND GUIDE MACHINES IN THE WORLD USING THEIR LIVE PILOT METHOD AND WITH THE DUAL AIR FLOATING HEAD. THIS MACHINE COMES WITH THE CARBIDE BIT SHARPNER AND VACUUM SEAT CHECKER.
