For Sale:
Huge, Solid Granite Pier Cap with Urn Finial Memorial Cap or possibly Civic Water Fountain Cap. Possibly early 19th Century.
Ornate engraved pattern device around the border. Cap is surmounted with a large solid, sealed Urn finial.
There are no inscriptions in this item, so open to optional uses.
Would make a fabulous column cap or could be duplicated to make a pair of Gate Pier caps.
Fantastic antique condition for it's age.
Accurate Dimensions to follow: Approx over 3ft diameter at widest overhang x approx 3ft tall. Approx Weight: 1/3 ton or heavier.
No postage for this item.
Will need atleast 2 to 3 strong people to man handle.
Collection only from Chester.
